Welcome to Act Angel AI Concierge ("Service"), provided by CloudSteer Technology. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Act Angel AI Concierge service for property management, including but not limited to automated tenant requests, service bookings, and transaction-based service facilitation.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Service Overview

Act Angel AI Concierge is an AI-powered assistant designed to help property managers streamline maintenance requests, service bookings, and tenant communications. The Service allows property managers to earn transaction fees from service bookings handled by their company or third-party vendors.

3. User Eligibility

The Service is available to property managers, landlords, and real estate businesses. By using the Service, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your property or management company.

4. Opt-In & Opt-Out Policy

  • Tenants and property managers must opt in to receive SMS notifications regarding service requests and bookings.

  • Opt-in can be obtained via lease agreements, online sign-ups, or SMS-based enrollment.

  • Users can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any Act Angel AI SMS message.

5. Fees & Transaction Earnings

  • Property managers may earn transaction fees on bookings made through the Service.

  • Fees are subject to the terms of agreements with third-party vendors and Act Angel AI.

  • Act Angel AI may deduct a platform fee from completed transactions.

6. Third-Party Vendors

  • The Service connects tenants to vendors (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, and repair services).

  • Act Angel AI is not liable for the quality, timeliness, or performance of third-party vendors.

  • Property managers may choose to offer their own services through the platform.

7. Data Privacy & Security

  • We collect and store user data in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Data is used solely for facilitating service requests and improving platform performance.

  • Act Angel AI does not sell user data to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Act Angel AI is not responsible for missed appointments, service disputes, or third-party failures.

  • The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid to Act Angel AI within the last 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
